PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Michael is an experienced christian entrepreneur, business owner, commercial realtor and recently shifted his career to the legal industry to assist clients with their start-up, business, insurance dispute, and real estate needs. Prior to starting the firm, Michael has owned various restaurants, assisted in small business, non-profit and faith-based start-ups, and spent years working to help grow these industries through innovative marketing techniques and strategies.
Insurance Disputes
Michael’s insurance practice focuses primarily on keeping the insurers accountable to the insured. This includes:
- Assisting in the appraisal process
- Wind, Hail, Storm Damage to commercial or residential properties
- Various insurance disputes where the insurance company does not want to help its client or stay true to the original policy terms.
Corporate Matters
Michael’s corporate practice is focused on advising and assisting new and existing businesses with the following transactional needs:
- corporate formation, structure and general governance issues;
- contract review, drafting and negotiation (vendor agreements, sales agreements, purchase orders, IT software license agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, franchise agreements, subcontractors and supply agreements).
Real Estate Matters
Michael also focuses on a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate needs
