Rebecka Smith was born and raised in Fort Worth, and built her legal career around helping people through some of the most personal moments of their lives. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2021, then her Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law in 2025 — a background that gives her a grounded, empathetic approach to family law matters.

While in law school, she worked with the Joyce Ann Brown Innocence Clinic, advocating for individuals seeking post-conviction relief. Before joining Dooley Noted Law, Rebecka gained experience practicing family law, helping clients navigate deeply personal legal matters with compassion and professionalism — the same approach she brings to every family law matter she handles today.
