Courtney "Corky" Smith, JD, MBA, LLM, is a Mississippi native who has practiced civil litigation for more than 13 years. He handles complex litigation across the country in both trial and appellate courts. Corky earned his B.A. in History and his M.B.A. from Mississippi State University, his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College, and his LL.M. from the University of Alabama. He is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and a former player agent for both the NBA and NFL.
Corky is a proud member of the JAG Corps, serving as an Officer in the Mississippi Army National Guard with the 155th ABCT, and is an active member of the NGAMS and NGAUS. He believes in service above self as a former Rotary Club President, a Mason, and a member and volunteer attorney for various nonprofit organizations. He has been recognized by the Mississippi Business Journal as a Top 50 Under 40 honoree and a Leader in Law, and has received numerous military awards at the state and federal level.
